I also love to take one of the players into a seperate room, if he is split from the party. It's a bit tedious sometimes, but works great for mistrust.

We actually had a first adventure with three PCs and we took turns with the GM until we met up properly. I remember, one of us was escaping from prison and the others were lying in ambush for him.
It took a lot of time for the PCs to trust each other.

Nice Webcomic by the way. I love the regular and plentyful updates.

Is Tidus saying a phrase that GM is suppose to be saying? Or Tim is just more observant?
